Nile Cruise Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Luxury River Nile Cruises. Please read the following booking and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

Booking & Deposit

To confirm your Nile cruise reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Your booking is confirmed only once your deposit has been received.

Balance Payment

The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your cruise departure date.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled, and your 30% deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days before departure: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your 30% deposit.
• 90 days or less before departure: Your 30% deposit becomes non-refundable and will be forfeited if you cancel your booking.
• 30 days or less before departure: The full booking balance (100%) is due. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to Your Booking

Requests to change your travel dates, passenger details, or other booking information are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where possible, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or offer suitable alternatives.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
