• A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 30 days before your cruise departure date.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking, and your deposit may be forfeited in accordance with our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are subject to availability and may be changed without notice until your booking has been confirmed.

Once your booking has been confirmed, the agreed price will remain valid unless additional services are requested or government taxes or mandatory charges change.

4. Cancellations

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

5. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that you have:

• A valid passport.
• Any required visas.
• Required travel insurance (if applicable).
• Any health or vaccination documentation required for your journey.

We are not responsible for losses arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

7. Changes by Luxury River Nile Cruises

Where possible, we will provide suitable alternatives.

8. Force Majeure
